A banchan & tea tasting focussed on Fermentation with Sam of Leaf and Craft & Grace Lee of Eikcam Ceramics
This tasting focuses on fermented foods in particular Korean banchan by Grace of eikcam ceramics and a selection of curated Asian teas by Sam of Leaf and Craft.
Banchan will include a variety of kimchi, lacto fermented Yuzu and the staples of Korean cuisine which are gochujang & dwenjang.

About Sam / founder of Leaf and Craft, an online tea shop specializing in premium Taiwanese teas. With a background as an artist, curator, and pastry chef, Sam combines creativity with a refined palate to curate teas that emphasize flavour, craftsmanship, and authenticity.
About Grace / eikcam ceramics
Since 2018, Grace has lead clay workshops and cuisine based tastings in her working studio in East Vancouver. She embraces communal and collaborative experiences through many events.
